Queries & Contacts


+ How do I contact SB if I have any queries or in a need to check something out?

You may leave a comment on our site but it might take awhile for us to respond to you. For fast response, you may contact us at stylishbuffet@gmail.com for any enquiries or information required.


Clothing Lines


+ Are all the clothings sold here in pristine and brand new conditions?

Yes, the clothes sold here are all brand new guaranteed to be in in good conditions. Any manufacturing defects with be eligible for a free exchange of similar value or refund (excluding postage cost).


+ How often are the designs updated?

We try to update the designs fortnightly. However, this frequency might vary a little.

Payment

+ What currency(s) do you accept?

We currently only accept payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD). However, for overseas customers, we would prefer you to make direct payment via Paypal which would automatically convert the amount required.


+ How do I pay for my order?

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including Paypal, ATM or iBank Fund Transfer. We will dispatch your order immediately within 1 to 2 working days upon receiving payment.


For Local (Singapore) Buyers, please inform us via email stating your name, contact number, address, item code and mode of payment. We will inform you on the available items requested and the total amount for you to proceed with payment.

For International buyer, Payment will be made through credit card via paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to make payment.

Step 1: Inform us via email stating your name, contact number, mailing address and the item code and quantity

Step 2: We will issue an invoice via paypal to you requesting for payment. Postage charges and your orders will be clearly stated on the invoice.

Step 3: Make payment through credit card. Please note that you need not have a paypal account to make payment. The invoice we issue will give you clear instructions and steps to follow.

Step: Once payment is confirmed by us, we will ship out the items within 3 days.


+ What security checks are in placed to make sure my purchase is valid?

Upon making payment, please inform us via email and we will issue an electronic confirmation on your order within 24hrs.


Ordering

+ Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We process your order and prepare your items for shipment once you have sent us your full/correct order details. You may make changes or cancel the order prior to making payment. However, because we ship out your items as soon as we issue an electronic confirmation on your order, we cannot cancel or change your order.

+ How do I know if you have received my order?

We will issue an electronic confirmation on your order within 24hrs once we have received full payment after you have informed to us via email. We will also state the details of the order against your payment made in the electronic confirmation.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.


+ How much do I pay for postage and packing for my order?

The delivery and packing information are shown below:

Within Singapore:
Normal Delivery will be waived and charges borne by Stylish Buffet.
Recorded Delivery S$3 extra per delivery

Overseas (Out of Singapore):
Normal Delivery and paypal charges will be borne fully by you (0.34% for paypal).
You may choose other methods of delivery such as DHL, UPS but it must be made known for us to quote.

Please note that normal delivery will be shipped directly to your mailbox and Stylish Buffet will not be responsible for any loss of mail.

For recorded deliveries, we will provide you with the tracking reference number and the items will be delivered directly to your doorstep. You may contact Singpost or your neighbourhood Post Office to check with your delivery. Alternatively, you may check the status of your delivery @ www.singpost.com.sg.

+ How long do you take to ship out my items?

Once we have issued an electronic confirmation of payment receipt, we will ship out your items within 1 to 2 working days.


Returns

+ Can I obtain a refund if I do not like the items when it reaches me?

All items sold are non exchangeable and non-refundable. A 100% quality check is done on every item prior to packing and shipping. However, please report to us within 3 days upon receiving item if you receive any defect item or any wrong item.

Currently we are only based online.
